Property Manager Up to $85,000 Super | End-to-End Portfolio A well-established real estate agency located in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking an experienced and confident Property Manager to join their supportive and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a portfolio manager who enjoys autonomy while being part of a stable and friendly office environment. Due to ongoing portfolio stability and team structure, this role will see you take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 160 properties . The Opportunity: This position is ideal for a Property Manager who enjoys building strong landlord and tenant relationships while delivering high-quality service across the full property management lifecycle.
